Meet Our Donors
Ken Cole P '12
The story of how Ken Cole P '12 decided to leave Kent Place in his estate plans is a story about the importance of education, the strength of the Kent Place community, and the ways in which we can honor those we have lost.
Kathy (Tuttle) Shepperly '79 P '11
The connection between Kathy (Tuttle) Shepperly '79 P '11 and Kent Place didn't end with her Commencement. She and her husband, David, enrolled their daughter, Paige, in KPS so she could enjoy what two previous generations of Tuttle women had in the way of an outstanding education. And Kathy has been an active member of the community for 40 years.
Rosalie Slack Walton ’58
Rosalie Slack Walton ’58 — known to her classmates as Terry Slack — credits the English curriculum at Kent Place for her long and enjoyable career in writing and publishing. After Kent Place, Terry went to Smith College, where she realized she already had solid skills as a writer and editor when she received an exemption from freshman English.
Pamela M. Kapsimalis ’79 P ’15
When Pam Kapsimalis ’79 P ’15 became part of the Kent Place community, she was in the fifth grade and couldn’t realize the significant role KPS would play in her life. Pam is not only an alumna — she’s also an Emeritus Trustee, a former member of the Alumnae Board, and the mother of Christina Parsells ’15. Over the years, Pam has volunteered in a number of meaningful ways.
